Proper shoes, hair and dress code must be followed for all classes. This information can be found through the parent portal under the “Shared Files” tab, which is displayed a music note icon on the home page.
All students will conduct themselves in a respectful manner while taking classes with Raise The Barre.

Refund and Late Fees
Raise the Barre – Studio of Dance requires written notice 30 days from the first of the month for any child that needs to withdraw from the program.
No costume refunds will be given.
If there is an unpaid balance, you will not be allowed to register for any additional classes.
No refunds will be given due to your child being ill, going on vacation or missing class.
No refunds will be given if a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, emergency, or any reason out of our control. If we must cancel class more than two times due to any of these reasons mentioned above, we will either offer a make up class or credit your account for the third class missed.
Inclement Weather
Raise the Barre does not follow Harford County Public Schools with regards to inclement weather. In the event of bad weather, a decision will be made up to an hour before class starts. You may call the studio, check our website or any of our social media platforms for information.
We will do our best to make up any classes missed due to inclement weather, but cannot promise that it will fit in our yearly schedule. If we do have classes on a bad weather day, you are not obligated to come if you do not feel safe driving.
Attendance
Dancers are expected to be early or on time to class so that they can have a proper warm up before diving into class. If you a student is going to be absent, please call or email the studio so we can let the teacher know. This is very important as a lot goes into planning a class.
COVID-19 Policies and Procedures
If we are mandated to close due to a government shutdown, all classes will move online to Zoom. No refunds will be given. Classes for ages 4 and under will be evaluated.
All proper protocols will always be followed. We at RTB promise to do our absolute best to ensure the safety of our students and staff.
